It shouldn't auto renew or available to renew at the moment, please contact Rook in pm and provide your UDID to help

Hi!  Have a quick question.  It’s been 5+ months on wait for an activation link from you all for app+.  Is this normal, or have I been lost in the shuffle?  Thanks in advance.

Ive been waiting a few days now and don’t know how to navigate

I got to use my subscription for 8 months before the revokes.
