Help/Support Refine Search can not find the value

I am new for this. I found video teach how to use it and see it's easy but it's not what I think the game I use exact search show result in the first time and then when I refine search, no result appear.

Try practicing on easy game like Smash Hit, search and edit ball value

If it works then try on your game, some games has encrypted store value so you cannot find it

then what does it mean if I can't find the exact search on the first try?

and what do we do when we can change the display value in the game but can't use that value, the real value is hidden, and change back the display value?
