Help/Support Modifying an iOS App from Android

Hello togehter, I want to modify an iOS App to use its hidden feature as a "testuser". The Android App was already done by a user.in the "index.android.bundle" file there is a JS function which was needed to be changed. From: To: After the change the app was compiled again and could be installed and the testuser was activated when launching the app. Is there a way to do the same with iOS? Any tips on how to start getting into it?
