This is likely related to sideloading. There is a new build that may help with the error (plus a newer version of the youtube app)

 

in the meantime you can try using the app in incognito mode, forcing videos to 1080p in ytplus settings, and deleting your account from the app, watching a few videos while signed out, waiting a few hours, and then signing back in. All of these have gotten the app to work again for a little while for me but it breaks again eventually no matter what

Hello I’m having this issue with the new YouTube App Version 20.46.2

the app doesn’t close or crash the only thing when I click on a video I’m trying to play after a few seconds there is some kind of error like : Something went wrong try again later!
