Help/Support CarX Street download unknown error

I searched about this problem, saw 1 topic and there was no solution. Just downloaded Carx Street 0.92 from your site and it doesn’t work. I get into the game and it requires to download extra content, when I try to download it, it says “Unknown error”. Can I do something to fix this?
