I can confirm that they have locked a lot of values so they can't be changed but it appears that they haven't locked down the "Store purchase" Values, so this means you can change the cost of Gold for the Diamond Capsule to zero. (Free)

 

You can do this using iGameGod a Memory Editor, for Non-Jailbroken devices you can using sideloadly to add it to a decrypted version of the app. I would also like to say that you can use the speed hack on this game up to 100x speed of the normal game. Making it very easy to level and with the cost of everything at zero, the need for gold goes away.
