Help/Support Always Respring

I did something stupid, i was on terminal logged in as root, and then i repspringed because my tell was tripping, and now everytime i go on my phone it resprings and goes to safe mode, any solution to this?

actually you helped me out, i remembered hapticpro and deleted it using safemode my phoenw orks again! THANKS BROW
