Is there a way How to make patch with flex 3 for non-jailbreak-device ? I've got method from Flex 3 But I want to use at non-JB-Device. How can I use it ?

Create it like you normally would with theos. There are Tutorials on iOSGods about this. Then inject .deb and sideload the IPA with Sideloadly.
