Help/Support Cookies cannot be accepted

ive a friend he cannot create account with his device, it ask him to accept cookies when he click on accept it says that:

Does he have cookies enabled in Safari settings?

Same problem … can’t use iosgods with my iPhone

I tried it boss, but still not working. 
I downloaded

chrome 

…

I deleted jailbreak also and tried again but no luck.. 

 

the last time i just waited over couple weeks than it worked again if you remember we wrote email
