Help/Support Iosgod App+ taking longer than mentioned to fix

Back on April 27 my certificate for App+ got revoked, I found out and sent the revoke quest as I should. Later it took until May 27 to finally get the confirmation that I got the new certificate so I've never experienced any delays I thought it be 3 days to a week so I waited, then waited, and waited. But no email, Its now Jun 28 and gotten no emails which is longer than the longest delay (33 days) and gotten no email. I don't know if I should be concerned but I just want App+ please.

He got a lot of pms everyday so you better pump your msg so he can see it else you will have to wait he reply to your turn
