It happened before and I never like made a support about it so idk which tweak it is

Best bet is to uninstall all the tweaks you have. I don't know how to read CrashReporter logs ;P

Make a list of all the tweaks you had installed before, then remove Cydia Substrate. Add back the ones you think you need.

Uninstall LockEditor

Going to install it and see if that is the problem if it ill mark your as solved
