Help/Support VIP Subscription Apps Aren't Working

I have just bought the VIP subscription to download the CSR 2 game. However, I kept getting the "Integrity" error. I followed the instructions from the past articles, but they weren't helpful enough. One more thing, I tried to download the TrollHelper "As it says in the instructions," but I kept getting the same error.
