<,deleted> FYI- finding the iapstore tweak- only works if you are using Fugu15, not Dopamine to JB. 
 

well… I got it to install, but it won’t let me turn on any apps in the control panel part… (Well, it will, but doesn’t save the options), so I am not sure it really works.

IAPStore is a jailbreak tweak that enables users to bypass in-app purchases in applications downloaded from the App Store. Although the add-on interface is currently only available in Chinese, using the tweak is a straightforward process. IAPStore rootless was designed for Fugu15 Max (Dopamine) running iOS 15 – iOS 15.4.1, and it's a great alternative for Localiapstore, Satella. Once installed IAPStore tweak adds a dedicated preference pane to the Settings app.
