Backing up programs installed via a Sileo repo can it be done please?

    Hi

    So I am totally new to the whole ipad and jailbreaking scene so have done many searches but hoping this question will get my answer as I am getting a bit lost.

     

    Firstly, I can get a bit ocd-paranoid about preserving my tablets because my little boy has autism and doesnt understand changes, so whatever I get I try to have full local backups of so I can recreate it if/when tablets break and need replacing.

     

    So...

    I have an Ipad Mini2 and it is jailbroken with cydia (installed via sideloadly), both of which I have the original files on my windows pc so thats good.

    However

    I then have two really useful programs that I had to download from repos online. They work great but I am worried for if the repo location dissapears (I have seen repos gone for other stuff I tried to get this past week).

     

    So with these things installed on my tablet is there a way to kind-of back them up onto PC?

    So I could reinatall later without the need for the repo?

     

    Not sure if its okay to list apps got from repos so I havent (yet) listed the names of them unless people say it would help to know.

     

    Thank you so much for your time in reading and thank you for any advice.

    PS: I really am VERY new to this so if at all possible, easy uncomplicated procedures would be best :)
