I’ve recently downloaded iosgod app and also subscribed to VIP but i cant seem to find the inject/add option for igamegod.

am i missing something else?

You can grab the ipa on decryptedappstore, then you need to use Sideloadly to inject it, or you can export the injected ipa so you can use with other certificate

Can it be done without using sideloady? 
Like installing it from phone?

Yes, Esign and iosgods app+ can do that but you will need certificate
