Regarding PVP Issue
I sincerely apologize for the recent serious errors in the PVP process. I understand that this may have resulted in users not receiving the compensation they rightfully deserved. We made two attempts at recovery logic updates during the holiday period. However, these updates were tested in a different environment from the live game server, and unforeseen additional issues prevented a smooth resolution. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that there will be another round of updates to address this issue.
