Yup! I'm aware as I helped test. Didn't know if he had released it yet, and I may or may not share it here.
And yea it doesn't export the rootless package to the parent folder of the main deb. I mentioned this to him long before 😄

I am following the steps, it gives me a command as follows.

Usage: repack-rootless.sh {/path/to/deb}

I now have it to where I can install through sileo, however no app appears on my screen? Is there further steps to be taken to open the app or get it on my home screen?

What app are you expecting?

You may need to run uicache -a -r

What do you mean by flashback?

Alternatively you can use app too. But make sure above step is followed correctly.

Install below ipa files using sideloadly or trollstore.
 

Derootifier IPA

After converting the deb files, use filza to navigate 
/var/mobile/.Derootifier to get your converted deb files.

In filza click that deb files and open with sileo.
