You have the necessary apps to do so. Use either one of them.

Just tap on the file neither of these apps. Then it will do stuff on its own

The archive is password protected and iFile or Filza does not support that.

You should unarchive the archive on your PC and then transfer the files to your device.

Upload the file into Dropbox trought ifile than use an app from the AppStore to unrar it than you will be able to get the files unrared onto your device maybe uploading it on Dropbox again and download
