Help/Support Decrypted iOS IPA Store - Older App version fails to Decrypt / Download

Hello,

When trying to download an older version of an app I'm getting this error. Red download icon and popup saying (likely will fail!). When clicked, it says "Something went wrong :-("

Are some older version of the apps not available? I was lead to believe if it was on the list, it could be downloaded decrypted. Is this not the case?
