It’s been 40 days and Apple still hasn’t activated my UDID. I contacted Rook many times, but still haven’t gotten a response. I have been very patient with everything, but it’s getting ridiculous now.

I understand your frustration and I'm trying my best to answer all PMs in a timely fashion while performing my other duties.

Unfortunately, Apple revoked again a few days ago hence the extra delays in replying to PMs, and likely the extra delays in activations.

I'll find the time to reply to all the remaining PMs today and get you an update as to what's happening with your App+.
