29 91 01 91 is the HEX code for this instruction ADD x9, x9, #100

But, so, code is written in c++ or objc or whatever, and this code is compile into Assembler, wich contain only instructions that are executed one by one. And ADD ... is one of them.  and each Instruction has a "HEX" code that are number up to 9 and letters up to F. you can see them trough armconverter.com .

Yes, can you tell me how you convert to the value 29 91 01 91 ? I have access to armconverter but it's still pretty vague
