Help/Support Membership revoke request taking 33+ days

Hi, I bought membership and it worked flawlessly for a month or two. It got revoked and I sent a request. It said in rare cases it may take up to 33 days it’s been 36 days. I’m sorry if this is a useless post, I just haven’t found anything when searching on Google, and I apologise if this is normal.

After 30 days you need to pm Rook your UDID to check what wrong

What I did was search on “Everywhere” I searched “rook” tapped on his profile picture and it brought me to his profile. Then I pressed the mail button and talked about the issue.
