Help/Support My 3 month sub expires after 1?

I renewed my 3 month subscription for the non jailbroken vip last month and now I get a notice that it is up for renewal after one month.

And I just decide to look into it more and it seems my 3 month sub has been renewing every month since July of last year…that is just as far as I’ve made it at the moment…

I understand I can cancel the auto renew and I did…but I’m just curious as to why my 3 month sub was renewing every month since July…and probably longer than that once I finish going through emails and whatnot… and what can I do to be reimbursed

Still no response about why my 3 month subscription has been renewing and charging me every month for a while… I Received another notice my 3 month sub is expiring after a month.  I guess it’s a good thing I removed my auto renew so I don’t keep getting charged every month for a 3 month subscription…Which makes total sense…

As long as you cancel the automatic payment the system will not charge you next payment
