Help/Support Still no activation after more than a month

my request was processed on the 7th of december. still hasn’t been activated.

Apologies for my late reply.

Unfortunately, it is possible that the account we were registering you to was revoked on the ~27th of December before your UDID was activated by Apple. This means we have had to re-add your UDID to a new account to rectify this issue but in doing so the waiting timeframe had to be reset so we have to continue waiting for this.

No further action is required from you, other than waiting longer. PM me with your UDID so I can verify this.

Processed mine on Dec 7th yet still not activated what is going on?
