i found the solution

 

1-Install this one, buy what you need, upgrade what you need to upgrade, close and save the game

2- Open the store and download the game from there

3- open the game and play, but yeah, you will start your career with some debt, but worth it.

Yes, I tried again, from my Iphone 8 and from a Ipad 7, it works (both without jailbreak)
