Help/Support Failed to verify decrypted ipa

Hi I was able to decrypt an app through the decrypted ipa store but when i went to sideload it shows a blank icon and says it failed to verify the app. It does this for other apps I tried decrypting as well.

Make sure that your device is not install more than 3 sideloaded apps, the 4th app will fail to verify due to free apple account limit

It’s only the third sideloaded app on my phone

Are you certain? Perhaps an app has expired or disabled?
