Help/Support Unable to use the inapp purchase hack

When I try to use the inapp purchase in Gangstar Vegas it says searching for IAP and infinite loads

Read the hack feature, it doesn’t say will let you use free iap. And free iap doesn’t work for all games

Hey man laxus I just downloaded the app CarX street it said infinite money but I have no money. My phone is not jailbrowken and it also says that everything is already enabled but nothing is Possible. I can’t make in app purchases with the mentioned method. Pls help
