Help/Support Sideloading apps error - Maximum installed apps

hi, I also have a problem, I used sideloadly for certain applications and I have a free account, not a developer account, but I don't want to pay $100 for a few installed applications because I don't do it often. I want to buy a cheaper subscription or delete one of the applications and install another application

I bought apple dev but where can I find more video tutorials about com.gamegod.igg_0.2.6.1_iphoneos-arm.deb ?

the payment to apple was not made because I had not charged the card, so I will try the App+ 1 Year option (PayPal Manual)
I didn't quite understand how to make the payment, I have associated a card and I also have a UDID

it says paypal manually, which means I have to make a transfer somewhere, but I don't have an address
