    I had an email on 13th November saying my device was successfuly registered with apple and that it could take up to 33 days for my UDID to be activated, we are now 21st December, and I still havent had an email to say my device is active, even though its past the 33 days? I paid for a years subscription and havent been able to use the app for a few months due to this issue. Can you help please??
