Help/Support Oceanhorn 2 Stuck on Splash Screen

Can someone please please fix oceanhorn 2 in app+,been asking in chat since yesterday,game just hangs in splash screen,it’s happening to other people too

It shouldn’t be,my app+ is fixed now and other games I’ve downloaded work just fine

Sorry Laxus mate I’m as dumb as a box of rocks and have no clue how to do that,it’s ok it’s just a game,thank you for replying though

You have to sign out of Game Center before starting the game and don’t sign back in while playing the game or it will freeze. This was the only way I could get it to work for me.

I have the same problem, everything was fine until today, i stuck on splash screen, a black splash screen with an Apple logo, in poor quality, looks like it's stretched from a small image... i cannot go further, no button. Is there a fix for this? tried to refresh from sideloadly (LOCKDOWN_E_MUX_ERROR. IPA error), the same... from iosgods app, unable to verify... is certificate related?
