Requested features: I'd like it to be a full blown Cydia, or at least a Cydia that will allow me to toy with my App Data in iFunbox that the recent iOS updates have blocked.

Acessing app data is POSSIBLE. But its not availiable yet.

and for Cydia. you can get some fake Cydia icon on homescreen

editing app data is possible even without jailbreak. so it does not require Cydia
