i had purchased the vip membership at November 22 2022 but since now i haven’t receive any confirmation or either installation of the vip+ app email

I just checked your account and there have been no recent ViP purchases. Are you perhaps confusing accounts?

@Jefflower I second what Laxus and Rook have mentioned above. 

Verify which email & username that was used when making the purchase.

Also check your payment service transaction history to verify the payment actually went through.

Once Identifying everything mentioned above, reply here that you located the correct information and then "@" Rook and he will continue looking into this. 

Please remember not to post any personal info on here or any other forums / posts / in the chat, etc.
