I have purchased both the app + membership and a three month Access to non-jailbreak and jailbreak App Store. Why can I still not get access? When I purchased it I was told I would receive an email which never did come through.

As Laxus said, Apple has implemented delays which were communicated to you before & during checkout.

Please make sure you have received an purchase invoice email for iOSGods App+ and then we just have to wait for you to be activated by Apple.

Still no access. 
I ordered on 5th of November.

I was never able to input my UDID as the browser never gave me the access as after purchase my page froze. What do I do?

Just to let you know — we've received your order #97296, and it is now being processed.

Due to recent delays implemented by Apple, it may take 24 hours to 7 days for your UDID to be activated; in some rare cases, it may take up to 14 days.

When your UDID is activated, we will immediately send an email informing you that your iOSGods App+ installation is ready.

You were never able to input your UDID?

Something is definitely wrong then. Please send me a PM with your UDID & email used so we can look into this for you.
