Help/Support Reface App: Can’t upload picture from me

Hello,

after installing the Reface App, I’ve tried to upload a picture from me. It doesn’t work because I got the error message:

The operation couldn't be completed (Reface.Firebase Auth Service Error error.1)

Any idea what I can do now?

is my problem description correct? Seems to be a unique problem.😉

The app cannot connect to its database, meaning you either have to use the vanilla/base app or ask the creator to update the hacked app.

Thanks for the answer! I downloaded the app from here, so it can’t be the vanilla/base app. Do you know how I can contact the creator?

yes it's not working anymore just request the author I did too ....Option will be on the end of topic bottom center on his thread he created
