I ordered the app on the 4th of November and haven’t received my app download email yet.

Please understand that Apple has placed new limitations to UDID activations and transfers so there will be delays. You can read more about it in our App+ activation & transfer delays topic.

I'm still waiting on activation with Apple for App+. I just got a new iPhone, how do I start the transfer to use App+ with my new phone?

At this point can I have a refund? I’ve been waiting for my app for almost 2 months and I am not interested in the app+ no more.
