There is a free public beta program but it looks like its on iOS 16 right now. https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/welcome.  I will check Apple Developer program here in a second (I do pay for it...)

And unfortunately, opa334, the developer of TrollStore, said there will not be any more compatibility updates for future versions of iOS.

The betas that are available are for iOS 16.1.  Not able to legitly locate iOS 15.5 betas.
