If it’s iOS 15.6 RC, and not a beta listed in the thread, unfortunately it’s unsupported.

Unfortunately not. According to the developer, opa334, there will not be support for iOS versions that aren't currently supported.

There is! If you follow the guide mentioned at the top of the website, simply export the IPA instead of sideloading with Sideloady. Then you can send it to your phone and should be good to go!
