EDIT: i found a solution, so ill get in-depth right here..

NOTE: it's gonna take a bunch of space of you may wanna free some storage
1. First, you should download the IPA file on your PC, then also download e-Sign on your iPhone.
2. Once the IPA file is done downloading, connect your phone to your computer and go to iTunes on your PC.
3. Click the little iPhone icon and head to file sharing.
4. On apps click e-Sign, and then drag the IPA file to documents list, once it finishes copying the file in there, it should be in your e-Sign folder in your files on your iPhone.
5. Now you wanna go on the e-Sign app and head to the File section.
6. Click on the IPA and import it to the apps section.
7. Now go to the apps section, click on the app in the "Unsigned" side and sign it first.
8. Once the signature is finished, then install it and you should be able to play without any issues.

^ someone probably has a more simple way of doing it but this is how i did it

edit:

i tried the other 2 methods but ran into trouble with all of them

(Couldn’t install via app “integrity” problem, downloaded game via sideloadly but was perma stuck on loading screen) 

for the esign method it might be because you have to be on Developer Mode, tho i’m not really too sure since i ain’t get that error
