Reasons:

1. When downloading apps or games it takes like 40 min or 2 hours

2. I tryed safemode rebooting respring

3. Thats it

Downloading apps it all based on your internet speed. Nothing to do with the iOS. Also, I have iOS 9 on my iPad mini 2 and it's kinda laggy for me.

Ugh but my internet is fine -.- my iPhone 5s is on iOS 9 and it downloaded my game fast

And then my iPad is 8.4 when I try and download it takes like forever and doesn't have dat much gb

Buy a new phone. My 6 plus is running like a champ.

I usually run 150mpbs but that's with two computers, two phones, an apple tv, and two tablets all hogging the bandwidth.
