I don't think that one can. I have free iAP and that's not possible.

However unlimited Training note would help a lot to level up your restaurant because once the reset is maxed out you can't earn it anywhere.

@TimidNova can you do the unlimited training note. It's very hard to obtain and have specific available quantity. I am used all that and I can't get more of it.
