I can tell you about my personal experiences.

 

iPhone SE (2nd Gen) iOS 16.3.1 NO JB:
- none of the no-jailbreak hacks can be used without the game recognizing it as a hack, except for the first chapters (level 1-6 or something)
- It doesn't matter if you play chapters, trials or special events - it‘s not working
- I tried multiple versions from iOSGods

iPhone SE (1st Gen) iOS 15.7.3 JB:
- use only one mod function (godmode)
- additionally use speed hack from iGameGod (max. 2x speed)
--> is not recognized as a hack in 9 out of 10 cases
(I haven't found out yet exactly if or how much you have to move/kill for the hack not to be recognized)
- this hack works for chapters, trials and/or special events (except the daily events that you can play 10 times a day - the levels didn‘t start somehow) 
- the hack from @TimidNova is the only working free hack on iOSGods that does not get recognized as a hack (THANK YOU! ☺️)

Exception:
The functions to disable the pop-ups while leveling (weapon selection) can be activated at any time, without the hack being detected by the game.

This experiences I made with Survivor!.io v1.11.0.

 

Newest test with Survivor!.io v1.12.0.

iPhone SE (1st Gen) iOS 15.7.3 JB:
