So basically its related to your atk and health too. The stage set that you need at least how much atk and health to pass it. If your atk and health is too low and still pass that stage, then it will define you using 3rd party and wont let you pass. As I know is you need at least 2500-2700atk and 8500health to pass stage 40 now. So just gear up.
