I always have the problem when I want to download something that the text comes that the iPhone has no licenses or something similar. What can I do or do?

This is how the Non-Jailbroken iOS world works sadly. Apple has tight control over their devices, and they dislike people downloading apps outside of the App Store so they block it when or if they find out.

iOSGods App+ or Sideloadly are more reliable if you're interested.
