Try sideloading an app with Sideloadly as that usually makes it appear

There is no option like that on my device and it’s a brand new Iphone 15 and what it’s showing in that spot is "Lockdown mode" (off) by default and they are completely different things you might need to make a new way to do this because on newer devices or iOS versions it won’t work
