hello, i would like to learn how to make ipa cheat but i can’t jailbreak my device anymore cuz of high ios. Os this possible to do it without it?

You will definitely need jailbreak to make IPA cheats that modify the binary. Alternatively, you can inject iGG in games' IPA if iGG works for that game.

Theos is, but that topic is talking about theos-jailed. And that is for Non-Jailbroken.
