What if I was to set up an adf.ly link the led to another adf.ly link which led to the original adf.ly link (so it's an infinite loop) and then put auto touch on the skip ad button? Would this earn infinite money from adf.ly?

Won't work, you would need to change your IP address each time to gain income, such as YouTube Google Adsense does it.

1st of all you cannot shorten an adf.ly link using adf.ly. 

 

Secondly, even if you could, you still wouldn't gain anything but a ban. The traffic needs to be legit and not just one person.
