Help/Support Android samsung s4 boot

I have a samsung s4 when ever i on he mobile it shows me boot logo of samsung and restarts or switches off and when i go to boot mode there i get 2 options download or restart to cancel something like that

 

I just wanna know is this hardware or software ? If its software problem is there any way to fix it

Have you modified/rooted the Samsung for this to happen? Flashed a custom ROM or anything?

I rooted my device 2 yeArs back and i gave it to my brother and i changed the screen as well as it was broken after that it stopped working i went to many shops for repairing they said there is a hardware problem and i have to change the motherboard and one said its emmic (something like that ) i have to change it. Today i went to a shop and he sais its not hardware because it turns on he said we need the exact firmare or pit file something like that so that it can work

 

This is what shows in boot mode

When i press continue it shows this and restarts

And when i turn it on normally it restarts automatically

 

these are the things which only work in my samsung

The images are too small to read.

 

But usually, if it gets stuck in Boot Logo, you should flash the stock ROM onto it.

I'm not sure really but you should look on xda-developers on your Samsung Device.

 

I think Odin tool is needed if I remember properly.
