if ur jailbroken install Karen's repo in cydia : 'cydia.angelxwind.net' and install there mikoto after go to settings then go down and press mikoto then there is a tab there named 'SYSTEM (SPRINGBOARD)' go down a little bit and then enable 'USE UNSUPPORTED CABLE' but if ur ubjailbroken i can't help you

i got that alot before but when i changed the cables it stops, think its either the cable u have is losing its effect  (going to break soon, oh it does break like the cord it hook for charging) or it detecting this cable is some generic cheap crap

Its the charger i got with the Ipod 5 when i first bought it
