Help/Support Unable to Install (Stuck on the Welcome! Screen)

[finalfantasy 1 iPad Pro (3rd, 11") 13.4.1]

Hi there! I've been trying to install since last night and I end up getting stick on the Welcome screen with the round loading icon and my ID and date.

Using iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 15.5.

Hello,

Are you using Safari?

Please make sure you are using Safari, and open the link in a private tab as that may help.

Additionally, some Safari extensions may be blocking the process so review/disable them temporarily.

Is JavaScript & Cookies enabled in your Safari settings?

Yes. It's still stuck in the spinning circle.

 

Can you please check my account as well if the subscription is properly activated? On my end the device ID is correct.
