In the iOSGods + App Store ( pre-download ), it stated free purchases etc we’re a feature of the hack BUT after playing ANGRY BIRDS 2 then making a purchase an error would occur after following thru w the purchase which stated;

No permission to make purchase at this time ( Sandbox )

Is this a common occurrence or do you need to be a member in iTunes connect etc. to be able to use this crack to its full potential…?

If you want to make real purchase you need to use the real app, sideloaded app cannot use iAP due to apple security
